I had given up the plank exercises three years back as it needed much effort to get down on the floor. I switched to Plank-360 a year before ( plank-360 . com) . The product works great. Now I can do planking exercises standing up, and I am feeling great.

Have a look at their marketing fail here. 1st post pimp "Jenniferrockit" goes the question style pimp 'is this any good?' only it makes no sense, it's like "this product is great it works great I love it but theres no reviews anywhere so should I buy it?" . They all trash it thoroughly and then "oldhouse" gets in there and just goes hardcore pushing it. Before he's banned.

i am 29 and discontinued gym from last 2 years. i went through from these posts before 15 or 20 days. from some of post i felt like that its all abt commercials. but i was really very curious about my bulky weight. so, i ordered plank-360. its really a good gimmick like resistance bands are in fitness from several decades. i loose 2 inches of my tummy fat in just 13 days. and its really working for me till now. thanks for this post. i am looking for some plank exercises with plank-360. please share some videos if anyone have !!! thanks in advance !!
