okay.....hard not to view this board as just another starboard whopper unless its being surfed in "exciting waves" though?

the last few seconds really shows the rocker..pushes a lot of water forward which slows it down in small waves.

Obvious that the Hokua range has to be surfed from the tail and builds up speed from working the wave and shines in fastter steeper surf.
As you can see, DJ is standing more forwarth to keep gliding in on a soft shoulder wich is slow.
Is it the right tool on the right day, probably not, would I wanne be in his shoos that day, Hell yaeh
