While we are still in the dark about were the 2016 champisonships are going to be held Denmark has now officially become the first country to announce a bid for the 2017 ISA World StandUp Paddle & Paddleboard Championship.
Wow. Good luck to you guys, if anyone can pull it off it will be Casuper with his history and involvement with the ISA. One argument I remember hearing was that it would always have to be somewhere warm as competitors from cold climates adapt easier to the warmth than the other way around. My other observation from attending in Nicaragua was that the two locations did t really work. Speaking to people who had been in previous years (Peru) one of the best things about the event was that all the nations were staying together in the same hotel and not spread out.
@surf4fun , I agree with you on both your points . Luckli Denmark is a very small country and the tw eventsides would be around 3 hours drive apart. I think that the 2017 host should be announced at the 2016 event and so forth
