I used a C4 in Hawaii and they are great all round boards!
It looks like the soft top they have made in California, with new graphics for 2010. It had an all white deck last year. It sold for about $750 US. The whole board is made like a body board.
On second thought, it might be a true soft top with epoxy construction underneath.
