I just picked up my new 9'8 SUP. I went for a Starboard with the deckgrip, l demo'd one and thought it was the goods. Had a look at a few others, but these looked well made. Plus Ive seen a few crew ripping on them.
Now I just have eat my words about it being an old man sport, and go get some waves.
Ive had the best time already on days when I would normally stay home, so it can only get better from here.
See you fellow sweepers out there, (Ill be the one getting nailed at Triggs.)

You underestimate the Power of the Dark Side
starboard 9'8; Impressive, most impressive.

Thats what made me turn to the SUP side, if the surf was looking crap, i'd just try and drink it up (did work some times) but now i'm looking forward to getting out there in any conditions....

Hoo ha ha ha......welcome to the darkside corey. Want to go for a paddle this week? Did you have a go on the 9ft starboard. Wondering how they compare.
