I'm currently riding a JP 8'6 AST and love it. I'm just wondering if upgrading to the PRO model of the same board is worth the investment. Has anyone ridden both boards or both in a similar size?

As for me, I'm an intermediate to advanced rider and usually ride shore breaks and the occasional point break on the Gold Coast & NSW. I'm 75kg and have previously ridden smaller boards but prefer more stable boards these days. If I can get some more performance out of the pro model without losing stability, that would be the best of both worlds.
