Ummmm... it's a widow maker because it's so much fun, your wife will never see you.

Good to see a few different camera angles , makes editing alot more work , good song choice "Leaking Boat"..how about few more shots of the board underway so we can see how it runs. It really does look boatish side on.

No worries, I'll post some straight 30+ second bursts from the front of the board and from side on (though we were having trouble keeping up on the Naish 11'6). But I'll work on that tonight.

Is Starboard using this name or is it just given by you guys for the purpose of this video?? You need to talk to Dave Parmenter (Aleutian Juice and C4) about this name. He coined it and has used it for years for a design he has had with a larger center fin and two smaller sides. Neal Purchase Junior now also uses this design with great success.

I love the term but it is quite an influential design in surfboard history.

And it's also a term used by Kawasaki for its Z900 road/race bike from the early 70s - should they also get the ok from Kawasaki to use it ??

Do Kawasaki also make ocean craft? Because if they do and can show evidence of a surfboard or the like that has used the name then I would say perhaps this is the case.

I know legal process has not been taken here but if you have ever registered a trade mark classes exist for a reason. Ie Billboard babies dummies can exist and a seperate company can register Billboard signs.

Please argue with me, I think it will be fun.

Here's the extra video for those interested...

As for the new name of the board, I just swiped it from this - www.imdb.com/title/tt0267626/

Or is Unleashed inspired by the Bay Crossing a few weeks ago?

Yeah may as well crack open the esky and cast a line at Sandy marina while waiting for the Naish 17's to arrive.
