There was just enough wind to squeeze a downwinder in this afternoon.

Another great vid. That must of been a tall mount you had there on the nose...awesome angle

Love this angle, it shows just how far you are getting back on the board, even in relatively mild conditions(compared with big Thursday anyway)

+3, I loved it, you can see the subtle rise of the back of the board & the glide down the face of the runners, footwork, cityscape and sun behind add further interesting elements.

Hi.. That board that I'm on in this vid is the 14'x27" wide Naish Glide GS.. Great board.. I was surprised after watching this vid how much I sink the board and how much water flows over the tail and deck area.. I'm 6'4" and 95kg.. IMO Naish could make this board even thicker than it is already.. I'm not sure how the new 14' Glide compares in thickness through the tail area but I've ordered one so I should find out in a couple of weeks.. Maybe with the new one being a couple of inches wider (29") it will not need to be any thicker.. Because any water that flows onto the deck pad and tail while pddling hard to catch a runner must be causing drag and be slowing me down.. It will be interesting to do this camera angle again once I've got my new board and see if it's any different.

I reckon that's one of the great things about gopros - you actually get to see details like foot placement and board performance that are just impossible to take in when you're actually doing it.
