Checked the protected point this morning 1ft and no good. Got a call from Robdog at 4.30 saying come and hit it, swell had picked up and some good little sets reeling through. Was out in the water at 5 pm and stayed out till 8pm, from what I thought would be a wasted day to getting some waves that would have been close to 200m long, great little session, the wind even backed off to near glass towards the end.
