A leggie is a requirement for all racers at the Ocean Addicts Power of the Paddle Race. This is to ensure the safety of all participants and minimize liability. Though the decision may not be what all would like we believe as a committee that with the current litigation in SLSC that this is a mandatory piece of equipment as this race will be in the surf.
As all competitors will need to put one on no one should be at a disadvantage to anyone else.
