Been wondering about locks or lockable racks for my board so I can have it on the vehicle for an afterwork paddle type scenario.
Any recommendations?

There's also the steel cable reinforced key-lackable tie-down straps which will keep the honest people from stealing your board.

For all locking systems up to and probably including an amoured van, once the professional thief spots your board regularly, there is not much that will stop an 18V angle grinder.

Kanu Lock.... althouhg like SSSimon said, deters the readily drop kick thief, but if someone really wants you gear they will get it, I have both the Kanu locks and the SUP taxi. both have steel cable through the belts.

Thanks for your tips. Good point about needing an armoured van. Plenty of cordless grinders around!!! "Thieving bastards"!!

Hmm maybe not on a construction site. Someone's sure to ding it with any available heavy object.

If you decide to use "Kanu Locks" don't tighten them down on your board too far.
They are a good deterent, but have them too tight for too long and you run the risk of rail damage. This is because of the stainless steel cable inside.
Cheers.
