Lost my paddle in the surf this morning at Noosa National Park. A friend said she saw some one pick it up off the rocks but they were gone by the time i got there. It's a GSI paddle with red tape on the blade end. Any help would be appreciated

Was it an old GSI paddle, and quite heavy? If so, celebrate the fact that you can go and buy a nice new light paddle.
(If it was a newer GSI paddle, it was probably OK, and therefore it is a loss!)
