Walking down the beach the other evening I came actoss a quickblde paddle at thehigh tide mark. What a surprise. I have a couple of these and only know one other person here that uses them.i gave him a call but hadto leave a crytic message. Where I found it was not in surf area so I wondered if it was not his where did itcome from?

Anyway he finally contacted me and it was his paddle. He had been supping the offshore reefs several kms ovffshore. He had a big wipeout losing both board and paddle. He eventually found the board but no sight of the paddle.

He got lucky,

Great outcome john.

I found one a month ago at Seal Rocks and handed it into the local caravan park. I checked 5 days later if anyone had come to claim it and the lady who left it did come back 3 hours after leaving it at the showers next to the beach.

Great to know paddlers are re-united with their paddle, especially knowing the cost of them.

Great work
