im interested in doing this race as a team (two man).27miles.im looking for a good paddler who loves down winders and can paddle for half this race.

Do it solo Hux, way more satisfying and not as far as it sounds.

Bad news is that it usually ends up being a bit further than that, Dave and I did about 47 or 48k, took 4 1/2 hours and it's too much fun to let any other bugger do half of!

The Maui to Molokai run is even better than the Maliko run I recon harden up do it solo you won't regret it ( you can shout me a beer later when thanking me) I've already payed my $180 entry fee there's $10,000 grand up for granbs but I got my money on Ikolu Kalama to win it as it is in his back yeard & does that run all the time.

I agree, do it solo then you get all the great bits to yourself, and it is all great.

Hows your F-14 going? I'm lovin my custom F-16 every time I paddle it, it goes faster & faster stoked
See ya on Maui I'm frothing or a Maliko run I'll be taking the GoPro camers for shore. I'm on a mission want to do the Maliko run in under 75 minutes? (finger crossed)

Hey Phil,
The F14 definitely flies, I'm sure my paddling hasn't improved that much in the time i have had the board, but my usual runs are quicker. Getting used to the steering system took a bit of time, but it does help a lot!

Anyone still looking for partner for the Maui-Molokai race, let me know
