Saturday 28 December Gale Warning for Saturday for Port Phillip Winds Variable about 10 knots becoming north to northeasterly 20 to 25 knots in the morning then tending north to northwesterly ahead of a southwesterly change of 25 to 35 knots in the mid to late afternoon. Southwesterly winds easing to 20 to 30 knots during the evening. Seas Below 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 2 metres in the afternoon.
The BOM seems a bit unsure about the wind ahead of the front but I'll start preparing the relevant paperwork for a leave pass anyway, it should be a great day. Rick
