Well after much drama I have finally worked out how to post HD video,but it's still the wrong aspect ratio it should be wide screen.

This was a Mermaid Beach on Saturday perfect 1ft SURF with crystal clear water , the video and stills were all shot on the one camera a Cannon 5DM2 in an Essex housing using a 16-35 L lens.

BTW We've got to get rid of the Shaka sign. It has no cultural resonance for non-Hawaiians. I propose we introduce the Vulcan live-long-and-prosper V-shaped finger sign. That would really set us apart.

Thanks for the replies , it's funny about the music I copped a bashing on a US site some people love it , some hate it very funny.

We have some monster swell heading our way this weekend so the phone has been running hot putting a team together for the Bombie.

Boats , jetskies and bandaids are all on standby. I'll have 2 camera set ups tryng to catch the action , it's a hard place to film because it's so shifty but hopefully we'll get some good action.

I like the tune - it didn't sound like Dean Martin though. The footage was outstanding, loved those underwater shots and the way you edited it. It's a nice change from all the gopro vids I've been seeing lately - look forward to the next one.

Hey Robby excellent vid mate. It's Steve Pirotta here from Surfers State school days. Great to see ya out there in my old stomping ground. Mum still lives in surf street Mermaid. I am new to SUP surfing and loving it, good change from the mal, gets you away from the crowds. I'm living in Medowie and surf and paddle in the Nelson Bay area. We had a good down wind 7km paddle today which was a blast. Anyway keep the vids coming to remind me of home.
