Its been fantastic catching up with lots of Breezers this year at different comps and events and have to say there are some cracking people out there very pleased to have met them through this forum.

Look forward to catching up with people in the soup over Christmas, great swell, offshore winds and smokin surf to one and all.

Merry Christmas all. Just back from four days on the Goldy at Burleigh Heads. Two days sunny and two days bucketing, left yesterday and the weather prognosis did not look good. You guys are doing it tough. No surf to speak of for the first three days but looked the goods yesterday when we were packing to leave. Spent lots of quality time with the women I love and celebrated twenty years of marriage while running kid free. Life is sweet!!
Who is the bloke who was surfing the beachies just down from the surf club on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, goofy foot, green boardies dark vest, short dark hair on what looked to be a shortish Naish. I was watching through binos from up on the headland about a K away and he was rrrrripin!!!

I haven't missing a Xmas morning surf for 8 years, except the 2 years I was almost
neck deep in powder in Japan.

3 of my top memorable surf have been on Xmas morning with almost no-one out.
Santa continues to deliver....fingers crossed!

merry xmas everyone , my daughter was up at 2.00am , shes thirteen for gods sake.I tried to tell her Santa wasnt real.

I must have just missed you guys, I think I saw you leaving Flinders as I was coming in. I reckon I've been a bad boy this year - despite the good conditions, I was really wonky today, falling in limp paddling and generally floundering about on the inside - with the board going wrong way up every time.

Still good to get a surf in during the break and was kind of glad that there were very few witnesses out.
