pretty much for the same reason I take my phone anywhere else.

I'm not keen on taking my ipod out so I think I'm going to go with this speedo mp3+headphone set up. i have crazy shaped ears that never fit normal earphones so these look good.

If it's a choice between going paddling or not going paddling because the boss might call from OS, I'd rather hit the water with my phone.
