Mate you are like a broken record. If you are not bagging out the local lifeguards or the local SUP club, you're endlessly bagging product. Stoked you've moved to Austria.
So what was I saying about standover tactics? Typical school yard bully rumour mongering from someone at the other end of the coast and most probably a friend of the mentioned distributor. I.E., one of the "Boys".
For starters, feel free to read the thread about the paddle. Also note, in the above post I acknowledge the pros of the paddle. Again, the issues are the bullying responses and outright refusal to honour the "Paddle Forever Policy".
I also note, I am still surfing using the self repaired blade. Nice one!

You're still banging on about this.
I can't understand why you feel you were refused the forever paddle policy.
It was offered to you numerous times.
We won't be chasing you though mate.....all you've got to do is shoot us an email asking for a replacement.....without any additional bull...t, we'll email you back an invoice and once paid you'll have it within a few days.
Too easy!!
Thankyou,
While you have not to date offered to resolve the matter, If I had at least a past response like this I would have been a happy customer .
Honestly, the thing that has annoyed me most is that I really enjoy using this paddle. Despite the issues with the "Forever Paddle Policy", I have had nothing but praise for the way the paddle performs surfing. The recoil in the stiffer version Xtuff shafts is a lot more lively than a stiff pure carbon one. If you let it work for you, the liveliness can transfer into your surfing.
At the end of the day, I am more than happy to accept I might have been unlucky enough to get the one blade in a production run that was not sealed thoroughly.
I am also more than impressed with how the shaft has survived my aggressive paddle style. Ooops, am I saying more nice things about it?
Noting the "no chasing you policy", if I don't respond quickly it is more to the fact that I am happy enough this moment to have gotten a positive response. It was that simple.
