Not only is it christmas eve and my birthday, it is also 1 year today that I acquired my first sup. I joined this forum a couple of days later and read everything posted with zealous enthusiasm, asked the typical newbie questions and received the typical encouraging and informative responses. For about 3 months I used to drive around with my short board, long board and sup, thinking I had the ultimate quiver, all conditions were covered. But pretty soon I realised I only wanted to ride the sup. I tried going back to crawling a couple of times but really didn't like it. 1 year down the track I'm still stoked on stand up and with 3 sups in the quiver, I wouldn't even consider surfing prone anymore. Thank you to all breezers, you make this such a great online community to be a part of, even Border Paul had his moments. I hope you and your families have a great christmas and a happy new year.

Merry Christmas to all the seabreezers I've been on this forum for almost two years now and share the same conviction as Darran Thomas about what a fantastic online community we have developed over the years I've always done my best to read every post during that time and have really enjoyed everyone's input over this time.
