while its great that naish has acknowledged that the pads are faulty and they will replace them, and that it is the responsibility of the retailor to fit the new ones to the board; what retailor can afford 3 to 4 hours to do the job properly?
while the pads pull of easily themselves there is still glue remaining on the board, i spent 3 hours with a plastic scraper to try and remove the excess glue and still there's a film left on my board.
Does anyone know a product i can use to remove the glue from the board without damaging the board, other than acetone?

Why are the pads faulty? Because they won't stay stuck on? That is the issue I have. I've been re-sticking them with a glue which doesn't work that well, but I take it that Naish will replace wilth new pads?
