stehar: Hi did Samoa May last year, not the best time. October/Nov is glassy barrels & manageable swell & it builds all through Dec/Jan/Feb. We stayed at Salani, they have a great operation there.

They are all secret. Can't tell anyone or they will be crowded!

Lots of great gear for rent and the world best paddle there as well. Something for everything from Monstrious waves like Jaws till Downwinders and easy paddlig between whales.

It decided to go to Bali again. Sanur is actually not a popular surfing destination during the dry season, but I will check it out again. It was actually the place where I first SUPed on a wave and got bitten by this bug.

I haven't mentioned south america, because I was born in Brazil and I wasn't really considering that people would go that far.

Place: Pacasmayo and Lobytos, Peru (Check El Faro, it is a small hotel in the cliff in front of the wave in Pacasmayo)
When: April to July
Pros: 1km long left handers; no crowds, light off-shore winds in the morning, strong cross-shore in the afternoon. Perfect for kiting, surfing and supping; Everything is cheap.
Cons: It is cold, I mean really cold; Not a very safe country; Hard to find someone that speaks english

Currumbin in March , some fun ones today. When Currumbin has some size their are a number of options for sups. Stay out a bit wide from the point and wait for the bigger sets , your patience will be rewardedOr go in close to Laceys lane and catch the reforms or hang at the point and piss everyone offBest sup wave around Other than that go to Tassie , that's my next sup expedition.
