Hey Guys,
There are some races coming up around the northern beaches in the next few months, and I was curious to see if any one is keen to do some wed or thurs night training in narrabeen lake. Wont be down wind, but would be good training for them. They have some well set out courses for 5, 10 and 15km paddles. Want to start doing them first week of Sept. Suggested start time 5pm. Alternative times welcome.

I'll be in for sure Pete.

We'll be using Sam from Kialoa's boat shed at Jamison Park this season for rentals and a cafe if you want to use that as a base. Nice range a cruisy boards there if guys just have smaller SUP's. Well stocked fridge with a BBQ also.

hey guys i could be keen but depends what time i actually paddle the lake at nightime with my girl a few times its awsome you can see fine as the water reflects any light and the other night we went to 730pm and could still see the bottom also i dont have a big board like you guys but will try and keep up go exercise anyway
