TT you need to be sick more often, at least until not getting up early seems normal.
Then you will be OK with staying in bed and not doing all that silly stuff that makes you strong, healthy, fit, competent at paddling etc etc.
Who needs this anyway. From another post I am led to believe that only Elite people with Waxed chests are good paddlers anyway.
Hope your feeling better, maybe you should have painted some more scenes from your sick bed.
