Over the last 2 weeks me and my Dad have been making a home made stand up.

Its 9'4" x 29" x 4"

What a nice board Ben, very beautiful... is your Dad a shaper ? Is this board laminated with epoxy ? Would you mind to say what was the cost ?

Hey DJ, yer had a go of it today and it surfs pretty good.

Hey Ivanash, Nah my Dad's not a shaper first board we have ever shaped, Yer its a exopy board and it cost us a bit of time out of the surf but well worth it.

Yer WM the deck does have abit of a dome shape to it to keep volume in the board but have finer rails.

Yer GR and Brooko yer gotta have some volume somewhere, its shaped with inspiration off what dad rides out of the surf.

Anywayz heres a few pics of what we started off with.

In the first image the foam on the right is what we started with, and on the left is once we did a rough cut out of the rocker.

P.S Will be starting to shape a 9'0 shortly.

Really nice looking board Bendover. It would be really cool to use a board you made your self. Good luck with it.

dont know about the tail on that board on the links it looks a little like the 70's on bad acid

just watched a dude on a video cranking some tight turns on a small sup very nice

my mate that showed me it recons he going to get a board under 8'

dont know if my 10 pies a day diet will be supported on a board that small

waiting for him to get one so i can try it out

might have to cut back to 6 pies a day
