I've known Jason since he was a kid and seen him turn into the windsurfing superstar that he is today so I've been hanging out to check out his new SUP boards.

Well while at SHQ yesterday the first one turned up.. Here's some pictures.

Lots of warning stickers.

The quality and finish looks really good.. Does anyone else think that deck grip might be a bit slippery.

The shape is also a little odd with the wide point being more forward.

This board was a 9'3".

There didn't seem to be a lot of nose rocker.. but maybe I'm comparing it to windsurfers.

Looking at the bottom shape there's a deep nose concave.

That nose concave quickly turns into V even well into the nose rocker area.

The V continues right through the board.

The board seems thing with pretty soft and low rails.

Comparing the board in the rack with the other boards (it's the third from the top) you can see it actually does seem to have plenty of nose rocker and not quite as thin in the nose as the new PSH boards.

Looks like a nice board but I gotta say I'm over yellow in boards Naish look naff these days IMO and this one is only marginally better with the red and yellow.
