Late this week the new Penetrator storm series is to be released. The first board is a 12'6" that Woogie will be racing in this weekends Noosa drag races. While popular opinion still has the original Penetrator design as the fastest board available in small to medium conditions the new design is aimed at heavier weather. It will also be available at a way lower price as this series of board has been designed with ease of production in mind as quite frankly the last ones were a bitch to build and not really worth it to me to produce in the form that they had advanced to. A detailed description and photos of the new model will be posted late this week. Cheers, Stuey

The new model will be available in 12'6", 14', 16' and 18'. The old model will still most definetly be produced but in a slightly different guise, once again with ease and speed of construction in mind. The new boards have probably more volume than just about anything on the market and can be custom ordered to suit the more portly fellow anyway. I'll post detailed photos as soon as the new 12'6" is finished which will be late this week.

Hey Stuey,

Nice to see you back on board.

Will your boards still be produced locally, as you mentioned these would be produced at way lower prices?

Yes I will still be hand building all the Penetrators myself but have made them a little simpler. Tully at Laguna Bays is sure we can get the 12'6" out at not too much more costwise than a regular surfing sup.

Good stuff - another Australian owned and produced range of DW boards. Send us some pics when you can.

That is great news re a Pene at a surf SUP price or near. Price is all that is holding back quality race boards from going mainstream IMO. A post-race review from Woog would be good too Stuey if you can talk him into it.

Believe it or not the new Penetrator 12'6" Storm Series has been slightly delayed due to bad weather! Been raining a bit and cold up our way which tends to play havoc with epoxy and 2-pac paints. I'm finishing the last of the paintwork later tonight and it will hit the water for a test run tomorrow, I'll get some pics then and hopefully post them tomorrow night. Cheers, Stuey
