I think I heard something about the SUPB StKilda guys operating out of Portsea in addition to StKilda and the Yarra this Summer but that's still a long way from Frankston.
I know a guy that has recently bought quite a few Sunny King 10'6" Soft Top SUP's and is starting up a small SUP group thats going to be in Frankston ,Mt Martha & Mornington area but I don't think he is doing Kites though.
