Yep, I got it and watched it about twice.
I had been paddling for about 3-4 months at the time
It is alright for brand new people, but found it just general overview of lots of things.
It confirmed a lot of my thoughts and ideas which I had already got from youtube.
I will go back and watch it again to make sure.
I was going to buy the danny ching dvd which I have been led to believe has more on technique. (anyone want to confirm this for me?)
