I've had it for a few weeks now and I ordered it direct.

It's very good..but pretty basic..and it covers beginner to intermediate levels.

There's heaps of good stuff in the extras..like the stuff from C4 waterman..and most of the stuff that we've seen on youtube.

Part two dvd is due out soon and should have some more advanced stuff on it.

I have also ordered this one from REAL Kiteboarding called 'Standup Paddleboarding Instructional DVD'
