Hey guys Im thinking of getting old mate rod (boardbumps) to shape me a board even smaller than the naish that shreds and will hold a rail in sucky waves. I am going to keep the naish as well, and was even considering the psh 9 6" wide aa or 9 6" ripper.

This new board will still have to float me 6ft 103kgs and paddle well, I know the 9 6" psh aa would be perfect, but thought I would give an Aussie shaper a go ( maybe) I still love the naish and think its awesome in glassy waves, I have a buyer for the kalama so i can go ahead and get another ripper. I think Rod has some good ideas, I see so many big hawain guys ripping on these small boards and i can paddle the naish really well for a big guy, so should be a good challenge for rod to shape me a shredder.

Gotta get some of those tiger stripe boardies .

Wouldn't mind one of those boards either - nice thin rails (easy to bury) yet good thickness under the feet for paddling.

Dj that board g mcnamarra is riding is a beast...nice pointy surfboard style , sick little tail....i would love a board like this I will still wear a leash though I am interested to see what Rod could do me, Its not like i dont like the naish either its a shredder, But im selling my kalama and can get something different, Hey casso whats your thoughts mate, Im even thinking of getting an 8 " a bit wider than the naish and a bit thicker but a similar style. Either that or i will just get the psh 9 6" ripper.
