David John: I have an 11' Walden, a 9'4" Island Surfboards, and a 7'11" Island Surfboards. It has been a steady progression towards smaller equipment.
Rich: Yes, it was posted on the Zone - I have been following the Zone for a while. The board in that pic is the 7'11".

Island Surfboards. I just realized that there is an Aussie surfboard maker by the same name. To avoid confusion: mine were made in Cocoa Beach, Fl.

Cocos,it that KS's home town
Your correct our Island brand is
called OUTER ISLAND and has an
eye on each side of the deck towards
the nose as a logo

are you from the Cocoa area? lived if Fla late 50's 60's surfed with Propper,Tabeling,Loehr ,etc.Been living here in OZ for over 2o years now.
Still have family up at Ormond Beach if you ever get over thhis way I'm on the sunny coast,Qld come stay. If i get back that way will get in touch
