10 Week build up for the Noosa Festival of Surfing.

Looking at competing this year? The Noosa Beach Boy Surfing Club is looking at doing a 10 week build up to help build and develop the skills and fitness you need to complete the course.

With Tuesday / Thursday & Saturday Fitness Classes they will also be doing Tuesday Night Time Trials.
