Thats fantastic stuff Jacko , I heard you were doing this , how long does Trev hold his breath for he has a massive 9 litre lung capacity .The only thing missing from that video was a Noah swooping through the bait school.

yeah we were hoping for a few sharks maybe tomorrow. Trev gets around 3 mins 30 but we are getting better every time. One of the best relaxing feelings ever down there with all that marine life.If anyone's keen on this stuff feel free to give me a buzz and come along

Hey Piros

We went again today, but bit murky and not as many fish. Getting up around 4 minutes for the breathholds, it is definitely all about relaxing. Some sports you improve by going harder, this one you improve by going easier. got some cool new breath-up methods that add a minute to your time pretty quickly and comfortably.

IMHO risking brain damage and possibly blacking out. Please look out for each other.

Yes that is stuff we have looked in to so the main 2 things that you have to do is spend more time on top of the water than underneath and always have some one who knows how to help if something goes wrong. You do learn to feel when enough is enough and all you do is just come up.

Free diving is also a very cool sport , i think the breath hold record is over 8 mins. For what they call static where they just lay still with the head under water.
And the no-limit last time i looked over 170m , thats insane!
