For anyone interested, just returned from Hawaii and hired a range of SUP's from the information gained from a previous post.

Had a great range and hired a couple of starboards (10'6" & 8'10") and c4 sub vector 9"6 for around $30 a day. Was able to return the board each day and exchange for a different one. Friendly crew. Just needed a vehicle to get from waikiki beaches to their location (10minute drive).They also deliver to hotels for $20 each way. If you hire a vehicle, try and get roofracks as what the rental place provided (to blocks of foam and a couple of tie downs) was o.k for local travel however driving to the North shore it was pretty noisy and I'm pretty sure not that secure.

If you do hire on the waikiki beaches the place down the southern end at Kuhio beach park (near the Duke statue) does a great deal for early birds (7.00am) for about $20.00.

Anyway had a great time, great surf at waikiki and the north shore and will definitely go back.
