Just a short note to keep you up to date on happenings for the OG SUP FUN DAY.

Rich (Session on SB) has confirmed Matty from GSI will provide 5 or 6 Demo Boards for the day and we may be able to get 3 brand new McTavish SUBs that have not been released at this stage. There is also a whisper that we will have a 16ft flatwater race board TBC.

I have spoken with Mike and Paul from SHQ and they have agreed to supply some psh demo and possibly some naish demos.

The SOUL Longboard Club has very gratiously allowed us to use all their marques, PA, BBQ etc for the day.

I will be bring the following:

Fins:

FG 5 Inside foil fins

PC 7 Inside foil fins

Large range of centre fins

Paddles:

Kialoa Methane carbon

Bic Jungle adjustable aluminium

South Point / Neeeeext carbon

Home made cedar kids paddle

May also have a C4 and a couple of others TBC

Boards:

PSH 10'6 wide AA My Surf SUP

Dave Boyd Imperial Custom 8'9 x 26 x 3 1/4 this board has spiral V, nose concave, and surfs like a weapon.

Mickey Munoz 12 x 26 x 4 Utra Glide I use this as a flat water SUP

Show and Shine:
Bring your own SUP boards to put on display for people to see.

Photo on the waterfront:
We intend to get a group photo with everyone and their boards on the grass area at OG main beach and will email a copy to everyone who provides details on the website or on the day.

I think Brooko is bringing one too, great to see that Rod Hocker will be well represented. They are awesome boards and people will be stoked to see them i'm sure.

Session (rich) came up with a concept today which we will run on the flat water and when he smsed it to me made coffee come out of my nose . All I can say is the man knows how to have fun and thats what the day is about.

I can also confirm we will have an 8'4 x 26 x 4 1/2 Imperial custom made by Dave Boyd as well.

And I am hoping Dave might bring his 10'6 too!

Mate... im soooo devo!! Exam timetable has just been released... my Fisheries exam is at 9.30am on the saturday!! ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! so yeah... sorry mate.. cant make it! Hope you have a tops day though!
