Well off to Hawaii in Sept for the Haleiwa Joe Race on Sept 5 .The paddle is from Waimea Bay to Haleiwa it's 5miles = 8k .

Just putting the final touches into place ,but have secured a 14FT C4 Vortice XP from C4 Waterman ,who where really helpful .

Would appreciate any tips from the team's that have been to Hawaii for differant races etc.

I'm stoked and can't wait!

How much was the board rental and for how long?

It was $75 for the weekendincludes paddle ,leash ,which I thought was pretty reasonable. It's the cost of the car hire etc thats the killer!
