Three hours paddling Monday on perfect glass.

Three hours paddling on Tuesday on glass.

Another three hours Tuesday night paddling on glass.

Yesterday more glass and another three hours.

Hey guys (Oliver, John, Jonathan, Dave)..Saturday is looking windy..waa-hoo!...Are you guys up for a nice downwinder.

"Saturday Forcast ..North to northwesterly winds 15 to 20 knots, reaching 25 knots at times. Waves 1 to 1.5 metres."

I reckon from St Kilda to Sandringham..It's gunna mean a car shuffle...Who's up for it?

Here's a few pictures from yesterday...and there's more glass expected today..I might have to go for a ride instead and give the shoulders a rest.

Another perfect day DJ, life's good for you

Thanks for posting the pics, love the one of your 11'4, it shows the rocker line well. (and that fin!) A nice looking board.

Keep them coming

Thanks Subbie..

I'll do a full review on the new Naish 11'4" once I get it in some waves..I don't think it's fair to comment too much till then.

But I am loving it..even on the flat water.

Thanks DJ, another helpful photo. Looking good

Really looking forward to your review. Good point though, take your time till you've had her out in all conditions ("her"? well, they are really small boats)

There's been a lot of interest and comment on the 9'6 but the poor old 11'4 has been left out of the party.. I still think these longer boards are really going to help keep our wave count up on those smaller days, especially for us bigger guys.. Really interested to see how she compares to the 11'6 Have you found much difference in speed/glide so far?

DJ, I think I'm ok for a paddle on Sat morning. Not sure I can be bothered with a car shuttle though. means a lot of driving backwards and forwards...I'd rather be spending that time paddling!

If we go early, it might be a good morning for a paddle up to Port Melb, then return with the wind.

What do you think?

I'll be in tomorrow - I prefer the option of paddling against it to port melbourne and paddling back. 9:30am usual spot?

I'll be there Oliver...and anyone else is welcome to join us.

It's going to be a bit cold and Wintery after great weather all week.

Bring some money for hot fish and chips from Rex Hunt's Fish&Chips shop at Port Melb.

DJ, as we discussed on the phone, I'll be late, so please text me when you are leaving St Kilda, and I'll work out where to meet you on the water.
