We're back to Maui today for tomorrows Olukai 8 mile Maliko downwind race. Both Danny & Travis Grant are racing on SUP tomorrow and then Travis is racing again on Sunday in the OC1 division.
Should be a great day with predicted over 300 SUP's on the water. I'll try and get lots of pics and post for you guys. Here's a link to the site:-
Some preliminary times I have seen from all the runs prior to the race this week have been in the 45 minute range to 1 hour. This is with the crew of people and kids I have been shuttling this week. Should be a fast race if the winds keep at it.
Wow..what a day !! Fantastic event, amazing atmosphere and fast racing. Just flew back to Oahu from Maui so I'll upload some pics tomorrow and more details/times etc. Here's what I know for now:-
