Yup, golfers elbow is the inside one. Same process though. Overall issue will be hand position on paddle so invest in someone who can coach videoing you paddling to check that out. In the mean time antinflamms, modify your load, so reduce the kilometres or time on the water. Massage / release through forearm muscles. Don't stretch them. And look up how to do isometric wrist flexion exercises.
