I purchased a new Naish from Roar a couple of weeks ago for my wife and after a couple of days I found a small cosmetic problem with our board which didn't overly concern me but I just wanted to make Jacko/Ang' aware of it so I crept back there rather sheepishly and showed them my concern and they went right over it and even though it was only a relatively minor problem they took photos and said that they would inform naish and I was pretty happy with that and that they had been empathetic to my concerns and they promised to chase up feedback from naish and keep me informed.
Well bugger me ! - I get a txt from Jacko yesterday telling me to bring the board in and change it for a new one - couldn't believe it !
So I charged in this morning and watched frothingly as Jacko finned up the new board and loaded it on the roof and off I went - absolutely stoked.
I thinks it fantastic that Jacko/Angie took the time to address my concerns and get a result for me that quite frankly suprised and delighted me. The issue with the board I suppose wasn't that bad in the big scheme of things but the fact that I wasn't 100% happy obviously prompted them to rectify that and I really applaud them and thank them for that.
And before anyone hammers me for pimping for roar - ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you that I have always been the least likely person to blow sunshine up Naish or Roar but now I have to give credit where it is due - great board and great service.

Could not ask for more - good work ALL involved.

Wish they (Windgenuity) were that way inclined when my Naish developed its deck crack. If they had been that way inclined, I'd probably be on an 8' Hokua nowadays.
