It definitely looks like an amazing place, i did a little research when you posted the video originally a week or two back.. It's pretty far out of the way, I'm just wondering how you went about getting there?? Obviously you need to get on a boat at some stage?? And how'd you go getting there with boards??

I'm another for Bali. I've had great SUP surfs at Sanur, Nusa Lembongan, Berewa and Kuta and seen them at and surfed (non SUP) Balian, Kuta reef and Medewi. If you like quiet and cruisy go Sanur, a bit busier but generally way faster Lembongan, Big waves Balian, Long lefts with crowds Medewi, Short but fun with very spread out crowd Berewa or Kuta beach and Big long waves with big crowds Kuta reef. Many other options that others on here would have surfed.

Went to PNG about 6 years ago. Brilliant because there are so few people on the waves which makes it very SUP friendly with a good range of waves ranging from gentle to very heavy. Now there is only one boat there the price seems to have gone astronomical though. Port Moresby airport not a barrel of laughs either. Port Moresby itself even less so. Once you get out of that craphole you'll find everyone extremely friendly and welcoming though. The local kids there can competently ride waves on half a broken surfboard and can also balance on your paddleboard better than you can even though they've never seen one before. Ridiculous.
