Roughly same time again with the skis and OC1's starting at Palmy at 1pm and the short course teeing off from Mona Vale at 1.45. The Nth Av long course due to start also about 1.45 which I think from memory is about the same as we did last time.

No Kissa , Sam Parker isnt on the plane yet, hes very close,
it was a good race yesterday, we were really happy to have some wind and sunshine, thanks to those that supported us.
BUT and its a big BUT, there is a conundrum to sort out before we head to Coffs for the final showdown.
And this is it, most of the crew want to paddle 12'6 in Sundays race so they will be on the same boards as the Hawaiians, but big Pete Myer, currently on 18 points behind Sam's 20 doesnt have or want a 12'6 and plans on racing his 17' and I dont really blame him.
We did say it was first past the post on any boards won the points, I will be keen to hear peoples thoughts, before we announce the format.

Easy they just have to paddle there 12'6 boards harder and beat pete on a who will be on a 17. You made the rules early on so stick to them first board over the line wins!!!

Due to the race at Coffs now not being open to non A.O.C.R.A members as was originally intended the eligibility for inclusion in the lucky draw trip to Hawaii has been altered so that the Paddleboarders and S.U.P competitors that supported our series wont be excluded.
To be eligible you must have raced in both of our events, on the 7th and 21st of November.
The people listed below are all in the running.
The oc1 and S.u.p pointscore winners wont be eligible to win a second ticket.

Hey Kev, if you are in the draw for the lucky draw trip, and you name gets draw on the weekend, but you are not in Coff's, you still win it yeh.

No you only have to be on the list, (and have an enormous amount of trust in me)
only joking, No you dont have to be at Coffs as I said if you have supported our 2 races thats good enough for me, Whoever wins will be expected to compete in a serious race in Hawaii and will be required to have a large sticker from G.N.C on their board, more news on that front to come soon.
We will be running the 3rd and deciding s.u.p race for the contenders when everyone is in town and the conditions are good.
Im sorry Coffs didnt quite work out as planned but we live and learn and it will be better next year.
The next Twilight race at Mona Vale is on the 17th and it is our Xmas paddle as well.
More info next week.
