Does anyone have a good method to prect the bottom of your paddle blade?

I have seen the guard that fits like a mobile case but that seems as though it would affect the performance.

Any ideas??

Nicko, I find that rail tape works great, applied in the same way that DJ does.

You can buy it in similar size to the electrical tape and its tougher

2 layers of elec tape and in 12 months it's still going strong.

I've done 3 layers works really well , the trick is to use really good electrical tape "Nitto" take your time and just stretch it around the corners , so it lays flat. Last for ages.
