Is your usual supplier Kilwell fibretube in NZ or Exel composites in Melbourne/Brisbane (formerly Pacific composites) they both roll wrap on round parallell mandrels , Both also have tapered mandrels for antennas and rods that may be useful for you but the cost of getting yourself a custom tapered oval mandrel made is astronomical !!!
