I have read all the old forums on paddle watches but it's 2016. Has anyone got any new reviews on the best sup watch.
I have looked at the Garmin vivoactive any one use this. Cheers

If you want the Garmin wave count and length of ride app, see this link
https://apps.garmin.com/en-AU/apps/ded87d46-5477-4ca7-a247-847b896393e0, it states what devises it will operate on.
It won't save the wave count data, but will download to Strava etc if required to give track and distance. Seems any Garmin that uses the Connect app will download to other apps. Looks like the vivoactive will do use Connect but it isn't listed for the wave count app.
I have the Fenix 3, had it for 12 months and has been good, wear it as my every day watch for all activities.
The new rip curl watch has a dedicated app which seems to be similar to Starva, maybe one day Garmin will offer this option.
