Enamel nail polish. Buy some colours and mix them until you get it right...

If I was a sup retailer I'd get all the popular colours made up in sample pots which match all the big brands.

You can buy a range of tuflite colours from surftech already.
They have touch up pots like the one show in the photo and spray cans for larger areas.
No one in Australia seems to stock them as of yet. I bought these from Magic Seaweed.
