Tomorrow is looking perfect for Melbourne with 25-35 knots of warm north wind forcast.

Our plan is to meet at Sandy at 9-9:30 and head off from St Kilda at about 10am.

Look at the forcast below.. I love it when they use that 'G' word...

Can't sleep.. It's already gusting 30-45 knots and the wind is howling... It's on..

I hope my new camera mount survives.. Must not fall or it will get ripped off the board.. .. No pressure..

Looking good guys, have fun. Disappointed I can't make it - it's been a long time between northerlies.

Peak gust of 100 km/h (54 knots) an hour after we completed our early run and half hour or so before the later run started. Take care out there.

Pretty wild conditions out there this morning with winds a little too offshore to be perfect but having said that, wow ... Connecting runners in big kahuna surfing stance for most of the time, dropping into waves with the front half of the board out of the water, great fun.....

Yeah all good till 3/4 of the way through our run when someone snapped the blade off their paddle.. (not me).. A passing windsurfer gave him a tow to get closer to the shore and he prone paddled it from there.

I'm sure I got some great vid.. (both camera's running) and although I didn't go in till near the end the board didn't flip.. (phew) and I ALWAYS have my GoPro's attached to floaties now..

Thanks for the loan of your Glide today DJ. What a blast it was.

Hope everyone got back to shore safely.

Can't wait to see the video. Probably shots of my backside falling off all the time too.
