Surfskis and SUP's going from Milnerton Lagoon Beach to Melkbos - perfect downwind the whole way except last ca 800m through some kelp and a little side-off winds down to finish. Best surfski 1h12min - best SUP 1h40min.
Winds were gusting 30knot plus at start and finish - little less in the middle section.
Ah, the good old Cape Doctor! In Perth they have a Fremantle Doctor - very similar to Cape Town, except, no mountains and the water is super-warm (no wetsuit required!)
