Do any of you "Baysurf boffins" know the distance between the two port channel markers?

I've caught the longest waves of my life out there on my 14 (even if they were only knee or waist high). I am just trying to get an idea of the actual distance.

I'd guess at 350-400m judging by the ruler on google earth and estimating where I think they are. Someone with a GPS will most likely prove me wrong though. Greg H, Paul D ?
Was that today ? It was a bit busy out there just before low tide. I counted 16 paddlers before I decided it was coffee time.

I had it to myself for an hour at 5am.

It is 400m and another 400 to the Darook Park marker and they do link on their day.

Thanks Guys.
I was guessing about 500m, because it feels like about 5km!
(... so I have been telling everyone about 1km)
